Expanding Our Literacy Outreach Program

A book cabinet and 500 books can make a lasting difference in more ways than you can imagine. Earlier this month, we delivered exactly that to Kanjai Primary School which is located about 5 kilometers from the Pamoja Community Library. The impassable roads and limited public transport make it impossible for students from this area to access our library. Now thanks to our Literacy outreach program,  a small library is at their doorstep.

This is the second school that Pamoja Library has partnered with since launching this program and we are proud of the impact we are making in the region. We are planning for, and look forward to many more partnerships.
